As an experienced Master Data Management and Data Governance Expert you play a critical role supporting our clients in ensuring the quality, consistency, and reliability of our client’s data assets. You will be responsible for developing and implementing data governance policies and procedures, data quality initiatives for our clients.

At the same time, you will play a major role in developing our internal Data Management and Data Governance capabilities.

• Deep understanding of data governance principles, policies, and practices.
• Ability to establish and enforce data governance standards and processes.
• Proven experience in implementing and managing MDM solutions.
• Proficiency in defining data models, hierarchies, lineage for critical business entities.
• Expertise in data quality assessment, profiling, and remediation.
• Ability to identify data quality issues and develop sufficient actions.
• Strong knowledge of data stewardship roles and responsibilities.
• Familiarity with MDM tools such as SAP MDG, Stibo STEP, Informatica
• Experience in selecting, implementing, and maintaining these tools.
• Understanding of data privacy regulations and their impact on data governance.
• Proficient in change management practices related to data governance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in leading Governance and MDM projects from initiation to completion.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and solve complex challenges.

• Proven experience in consultancy and/or industry of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field.
• Certification in data governance or MDM (e.g., CDMP, CIMP) is a plus.
• Experience in at least one of our core industries is preferred but not required.
