As an experienced Program and Project Manager you will play a pivotal part in overseeing and executing projects for our clients, demonstrating exceptional project management skills, leadership abilities.

Facing our clients you will develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. In your role you will effectively communicate with clients, team members and stakeholders to define project objectives, expectations, and deliverables. Managing stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle is self-evident.

• Demonstrated proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Experience in leading diverse and cross-functional project teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
• Ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven experience in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Experience in managing client expectations and resolving client issues.
• Proficiency in budgeting, financial analysis, and resource allocation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to think critically and make sound decisions under pressure.

• Proven experience in consultancy and/or industry of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field.
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Experience in at least one of our core industries is preferred but not required.
